Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery timescales depend on your postcode and chosen shipping method.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order confirmations

After placing an order you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Returns & cancellations

For most online purchases you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations). You then have 14 days to return the items to us.

Exceptions: returns may not be accepted for used/opened personal-care items, or customised/personalised bundles (e.g., custom selections where items have been opened or used). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at mindsovermattersforyou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack items securely. Unless faulty, returns are at your cost. Keep proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method within [X] working days. Original delivery fees are refundable only where the whole order is cancelled within 14 days and returned in full (subject to law).

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 30 days and we’ll put it right (replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate).
